- I Margaret Winter of Gressenhall in the County
- of Norfolk Widow Do make and ordain this my last
- Will and Testament in manner and form following
- that is to say ffirst my Mind and Will is that John
- Winter my Son Son now living in Norwich Farmer
- to be by Executor and Elizableth Colls my Daughter
- the Wife of Israel Colls of Gressenhall aforesaid the suprvisor
- Executrix and to see my body duelly buried And
- also my Mind and Will is that these my Executor and
- Executrix shall pay all my lawful Debts that I the said
- Margaret Winter shall be indebted at my Decesase
- And also all such Interest money as I shall stand
- indebted to William Cobb of Hoe on mortgages
- First I give unto John Winter my Son aforesaid and
- Elizabeth Colles my Daughter aforesaid all my Householde
- goods stocks and all moveables that I have inbeing
- These excepted as follows, ffirst I give to Ambrose
- Winter my Grandson the bed he now useth to lodge
- on as it stand and Martha Alexander the bed she
- useth to lodge on, the said Ambrose Winter and
- Martha Alexander now dwell along with me et al
- And I give to Elizabeth Colls the Wife of Israel
- Colls my Daughter aforesaid the bed that I now useth
- to lodge on as it stand and a large brass pott over
- above her equal share with John Winter my Son
- aforesaid. And I give unto Sarah Walsh my
- Daughter the Wife of Matthew Walsh of Gressenhall Nor
- the sum of one pound to be paid by my exeutor and
- executrix in one month after my Decease And
- give to Martha Alexander the sum of one pound
- to be paid by my executor and executirx in one month
- after my Decesase And I give to Margaret Gates my
- Grand Daughter the Wife of Robert Gates of Gressenhall
- aforesaid Worstead weaver my large pewter Dish
- And I give to Ambrose Winter aforesaid the pair of

- And I give to Mary Colls my Grand Daughter
- and Daughter to Israel Colls and Elizabeth Colls my
- Daughter the brinded bullock And I give to William
- Winter of Gres[senhall] my oldest Son one Shilling to be paid
- by either of my executors at sight And I do hereby
- nominate constitute and appoint the said John
- Winter executor and Elizabeth Colls sole executrix
- aforesaid of this my last Will and Testament revoking
- all Wills by me heretofore made and I do declare this
- to be my last will and Testament In Witness
- whereof I the said Margaret Winter have to this my
- last Will and Testament set and put my hand and seal
- this ninth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord
- one thousand seven hundred and sixty
